Participation Guidelines and Incentives

Seeking outstanding comedic performances from both newcomers and experienced comedians. Please review the following guidelines and potential rewards:

• To enter, complete registration and submit your video performance.

• Submissions should be stand-up comedy performances up to 13 minutes in length.

• We accept submissions from both online platforms and live events, excluding professional (paid) performances.

• Prizes include a steak knife set (valued up to $25) for the winner and a $5 Amazon e-gift card for the runner-up.

• The top sixteen participants will advance to the 2023 World's Funniest Online Stand-Up Comedian Live Competition in December.

• Winners will be determined by public voting, with each person allowed one vote per day.

• The competition is open from September 1st to November 30th.

• The entry with the most votes will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the final decision will be made by the MrOpenMic.com team.

• Any participant found or suspected of unfair practices will be disqualified.
